It's time for Oceanside to become the finest city in San Diego County. We must put the squabbling behind us and work to improve what we have right now. Over 19,000 voters trusted me in the last general election and I hope to get those same votes...and more..in 2010.
I am so grateful to everyone who supported me and the campaign - the volunteers, phone caller, walkers, donors, those who helped catch a sign thief, those who visited people's homes, who held fundraisers, wrote letters, and those who took time to talk to people about the truth and facts.
As an Oceanside native, I love my hometown. I went to Ditmar School, St.Mary's and Oceanside High. I then went on to Mira Costa College and San Diego State University. I was a business major and learned to count the money we have and how to get the most value for every dollar.
I believe that the people of Oceanside come first and it's time for our City Council to stop all the fighting and move ahead together.
It's not about US versus THEM: It's about US! The residents of Oceanside!
I promise to represent you and will vote with your needs in mind EVERY time. It will not be a political ball game. The only agenda I have is your needs and that of your family and friends.
Please sign-up to be on my email list right here on this page and also on my Facebook page. I promise to keep you informed of the progress we are making a a campaign and as a city.
Feel free to contact me by email here. Thanks again and I hope to see you out and about in the community we all love.

LOWERY'S TOP ISSUES ARE YOUR HEALTH, SAFETY, & A CONSERVATIVE FISCAL
POLICY.
While I'm excited about the "Future" of
Oceanside, we must take care of our
residents now!
As a City we cannot
afford to invest in any "future" projects while we fail to provide adequate
emergency coverage for residents TODAY. When it comes to spending money, I
personally choose to spend it wisely and only for necessities. That means human
lives, not expensive studies that will not go anywhere for lack of
funding.
I request that City officials immediately stop spending
money on consultants for
future improvements. We can wait until the money is flowing
again.
We must spend
our money appropriately and I promise you I'll be a fiscal conservative when it
comes to
spending.
Chuck
