Melrose Drive Extension- A $20 MILLION road 'to nowhere'
that only benefits developers in Vista and commuters from Temecula, but.DOES NOT BENEFIT OCEANSIDE!
Mobile Home Rent Decontrol- Raise rents on
seniors and veterans to raise profits for FAT CAT out-of-town park owners, who are also
FFK campaign donors, but.BUT DOES NOT BENEFIT OCEANSIDE!
Repeal Affordable Housing- The Building
Industry Association (BIA), big FFK campaign donors, want this so they can make
more money, but.DOES NOT BENEFIT OCEANSIDE!
Weaken Lobbyist Ordinance- Reduce reporting
requirements for lobbyists to help FFK's campaign donors, but.DOES NOT BENEFIT OCEANSIDE
Next assaults on the community-
Kern, Felien & Feller voted June 1st to make further budget cuts-
but why cut fees the City charges developers and multi-national
insurance corporations??
Even Bigger Budget Cuts- to senior centers,
libraries, parks, pools, resource centers, code enforcement and more on top of
the already extreme cuts FFK have forced on Oceanside, all while they
have over $37 MILLION set aside in reserves for somebody, but...DOES NOT BENEFIT OCEANSIDE!
Don't forget what
else FFK have done for their cronies, but.
NOT TO BENEFIT OCEANSIDE:
-Installed an
unnecessary and unwanted traffic light in Rancho Del Oro
-Eliminated volunteer
citizen commissions for seniors, El Corazon park, community relations,
transportation, and telecommunications
-Raised height limits
along the beach and lowered building quality standards
-Replaced a senior
neighborhood's fire engine with a pickup truck that couldn't transport patients
or fight fires
-Removed utility
undergrounding requirement to put more money in developer's pockets, not yours
-Repealed emergency
response fee on out-of-town insurance companies
FELLER,

BUT.NOT FOR OCEANSIDE!
